Bicycles can be safely stored inside the building itself. Please understand that we accept no liability.

Departure is until 11:00. When you leave the apartment, please leave the key inside and close the door behind you. Please understand that we must charge a flat fee of €100 if the apartment key is lost.

Please complete online check-out in our digital guest system. You’ll then automatically receive your invoice.

A later departure is possible until 12:00 by prior arrangement. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange this. If you’re leaving earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before departure so our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that’s handed over clean and with a full set of equipment. Please only put dishes, cutlery and pans back in the cupboards once they’re clean.

Please don’t shower outside the shower cubicle. Try to keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least 7 nights, we offer a free mid-stay clean on request. This includes cleaning the floors, replacing towels, taking out the rubbish, topping up toilet paper, coffee pods and soap, and a light clean of the bathroom and kitchen. An additional mid-stay clean at an interval of your choice is available for €25 per clean. Please get in touch by email or phone to arrange this.

On departure, we ask guests to leave the apartment swept clean with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the effort involved, with a minimum charge of €25. The deposit is handled entirely through our online guest system.

Standard occupancy is 2 people. For each additional person up to the maximum occupancy of the relevant apartment, we charge €15 per night per person.

For hot summer days, a fan is available free of charge. Just get in touch if you need anything further.
Feeling cold? Just let us know. We’re happy to bring a heater to your apartment.

We welcome your suggestions and feedback. If something isn’t to your satisfaction, please let us know right away so we can put it right during your stay. Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. Please do not damage the apartments, their fittings or any other property. Please note that any damage caused will be charged.

Please enter your invoicing details in our guest system before your departure date. An invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address on the day of departure. You received access to our guest system by email.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Every apartment has its own parking space right outside the door. We charge €15 per night per vehicle for this.

Pets are very welcome. For the extra cleaning involved, we charge a flat fee of €15 per night per animal. Please let us know about your pet before you arrive.

All our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge the full replacement value for any damage to furnishings caused by burns. The additional cost of specialist cleaning will be charged at €300.

Many apartments have a sofa bed for extra guests. If you’ve booked the apartment for more people and are using the sofa bed, you’ll find the bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use it, feel free to get in touch.

Some apartments have their own washing machine and dryer. In addition, all guests have free access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Please sort your rubbish into the bins provided (yellow: plastic, green: paper, brown: general waste) in your apartment. When you leave, you can leave the rubbish in the apartment - we’ll dispose of it during final cleaning.
